STEP 1
Detailed analysis of your operation to create a customized solution.

Pick up your records and prepare the documents for scanning. All files are reviewed by a Quality Control Coordinator for processing and federal law compliance.
STEP 3
Documents are scanned and then reviewed by a Quality Control Coordinator to verify each scan is accurate. Documents can then be stored in our record center, destroyed, or returned to the customer.
STEP 4
All document information is captured and verified by our state-of-the-art software validation program.
STEP 5
All document files are stored and viewable on-line through our VaultView internet product. Document information can also be transferred to a CD, DVD, or an FTP process.
